Apartments Near UCF College of Sciences

UCF's College of Sciences, the university's largest college, is home to 18% of UCF undergrads. Whether you've chosen to study Physics, Sociology, Journalism or anything in between, you'll need to find your perfect home away from home. We've put together a few things you'll want to consider before signing a lease.
How Many Roommates Do You Want?
Most apartments near campus lease by-the-bed, which means you rent one bedroom and only have to pay your portion of the rent every month. Communities can offer anything from a private one-bedroom apartment anywhere up to a four-bedroom apartment that you share with three additional people. If you want to live by yourself, you can expect to pay more than if you decide to share your common areas with roomies.
Modest or Lavish Living?
It's common for communities in the area to have a basic amenity package that includes a pool, fitness center, and computer lab, so I wouldn't worry about having to pass on those extras to save money. There are, however, student communities that offer lavish amenity packages you won't even find in some resorts – think yoga studios, golf simulators, and weekly fitness classes to name a few. Be sure to think through what amenities are a priority to you before narrowing down your list of apartments to tour.
Location. Location. Location.
Do you want to live close to great shopping and dining options to enjoy when you aren't on campus? If so, you may want to consider an apartment that's close to
