Apartments near Creative Village in Downtown Orlando

Creative Village

Once completed, Creative Village will bee a 68-acre mixed-use urban neighborhood in Downtown Orlando. Apartments in Creative Village are currently under construction and you can expect brand new options by Fall 2019. Developers have set goals to make this new neighborhood a true "live, work, learn, and play" district that is a transit oriented home for UCF's and Valencia's Downtown Orlando campuses set to open for Fall 2019.

Apartments in Creative Village

Apartments in Creative Village will be popular for students hoping to live close to UCF's Downtown Campus and professionals who find the Creative Village neighborhood's close proximity to Downtown Orlando attractive. Apartments planned for Creative Village will include dorm-style apartments that are student-exclusive, market rate apartments, and some mixed income apartment communities that will allocate a percentage of their available apartments to renters who qualify for affordable housing programs.

UCF's UnionWest student dorms will be housed in a 15-story building with ground floor retail and student services offices on the first few floors. The dorms-style apartments offer 10 floor plans, which are all a variation of 4-bedroom layouts with double occupancy in some floor plans (meaning there will be 6 residents in a 4 bedroom apartment). Students can choose from options that will include a private bathroom and kitchenette, or true dorm-style layouts where a kitchen and bathrooms are shared by students on the same floor.

Amelia Court will be a mixed-income community with a percentage of reserved units for renters who qualify for affordable housing and market rate units. This new community is within easy walking distance to all of the shops and businesses that Creative Village offers and will be attractive for students and professionals who want to get immersed in Creative Village's culture.

There are additional market rate apartments set to open in 2020, stay tuned for article updates as we know more!
