Every floor plan comes full furnished with bedroom furniture, living and dining room furniture, kitchen appliances and a full-size washer and dryer.

Along with a complete furniture package, your monthly rent will also cover high speed internet, cable, water, sewer, and electricity with a cap. And, since apartments are individually leased by the bedroom instead of the whole apartment, you are only responsible for your portion of the rent.
