The first UCF apartment complex on my list of great parking is Campus Crossings at College Station. College Station is located just minutes from the University of Central Florida campus. Residents won't have to fear for a full lot at Campus Crossings. There is always a spot to park. After you are out of your car, relax in your fully furnished apartment, featuring: satellite TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer, balcony, private bathroom and walk-in closet. If getting a beach body is your thing, Campus Crossings is right up your alley with a tanning bed, swimming pool with pool deck and a fitness center.
My second suggestion for a UCF apartment with guaranteed parking spots is The Lofts. Students from not only UCF, but also Valencia College and Full Sail, will find this apartment complex conveniently close to campus. Drivers will be happy to know that there are not only guaranteed parking spot, but also covered parking and a car wash center. Other great features at The Lofts are the nature views, coffee bar, computer lab, game room, courtesy patrols, 24-hour fitness center and a swimming pool. UCF students can practice for intramural games at The Lofts' volleyball court, covered basketball court or sand volleyball court.
Alafaya Club is my last suggestion for UCF students needing a guaranteed parking spot for their rides. This apartment community is centered around the student-living experience. If you are looking for a fun, UCF-driven environment, this is the place for you. A few fun aspects of Alafaya Club are: it has huge walk-closets, free shuttles to the UCF campus (for days you don't even want to bother with a car), a valet trash service, private bathrooms, and is located on a nature preserve.
