In Orlando, the main public transportation provider is the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority or LYNX. The LYNX bus system serves all of Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. There are 71 local routes (called “links”) that run through the tri-county area and the earliest service begins at 4:30 a.m. and the latest bus leaves downtown at 12:15 a.m. Buses can arrive every 15 minutes even on the popular links routes. Downtown Orlando apartment residents can enjoy the convenience of the LYMMO service – a free downtown circulator in partnership with the City of Orlando.
The FastLink service is a weekday morning and afternoon commuter service designed to reduce stops along specific corridors providing a quicker trip.
