The Pointe at Central offers washer and dryers in both their two and four bedroom floorplans. This makes it perfect if you want to live with just one friend, or a whole group of UCF friends. Everyone can enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the apartment! Some other great apartment features at The Pointe at Central are: private bathrooms, storage space, patios, balconies and tile forms. Boardwalk Apartments at Alafaya Trailis my final pick for UCF students looking for laundry convenience. Boardwalk Apartments is located off North Alafaya Trail near the La Quinta Inn and Suites. The Boardwalk Apartments is just down the road from UCF, making it great for students. If you are fitness buff, you will love that Boardwalk has a fitness center, resort-style pool, basketball court and sand volleyball court.Besides the apartment washer and dryer, some other great features are: patios,balconies, ceiling fans in each bedroom, tile floors and private bathrooms.
