Why do some floorplans at apartments in Orlando have price ranges?

Upgrades, move in date, and lease length are a few reasons why one floor plan may have different prices. Some places in Central Florida will make upgrades to certain layouts over a period of times, therefore, the upgraded units will cost more to renters. For example, a layout with granite countertops will cost more than a unit with standard linoleum countertops. Typically if you sign a longer lease, you will receive a lower rental rate per month. If you find a place for rent and sign a short term lease, you may be subject to an added premium per month.
