Besides being furnished, apartments at The Pointe come with great features like: a balcony or patio, private bathrooms, storage space, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and much more. Full Sail students can choose a unit with either two or four bedrooms. The two-bedroom apartment costs $600 per roommate, per month. The four-bedroom apartment goes for $510 per person, per month. The Pointe at Central is located within six miles of Full Sail, which makes daily commutes no problem at all.

Boardwalk has both furnished bedrooms and common areas, so there is never a lack of furniture. Big, fluffy couches fill the living room. The dining area houses a nice table with plenty of chairs for guests. Bedrooms contain a desk, bed, dresser, and much more. Full Sail students will also be happy to know that Boardwalk apartments also have a dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV with premium channels included, a balcony or patio, private bathrooms and ceiling fans. As you may have guessed, Boardwalk Apartments at Alafaya Trail is located on North Alafaya Trail. It is just south of the UCF campus, but is still just a quick drive away from Full Sail. Full Sail students will easily be able to commute from their apartment to class each day.
If you need a furnished Full Sail apartment, The Marqueehas you covered. The Marquee Apartments has some of the best furnished apartments around. Not only are the furniture pieces new, but they also have a great contemporary style that really makes your apartment look great. The furnishings at The Marquee include cool perks, such as: countertop with bar stool seating, available leather seats and couches, elegant dark wood furniture, and a 32" LCD TV in every bedroom! Some select units even have a 42" LED TV. The Marquee is located about five or six miles away from the Full Sail campus, so commutes aren't too bad. Specifically, The Marqueel is located off North Alafaya Trail near the intersection of University Boulevard by UCF. This makes it a great place to live for Full Sail students.
