Seminole State College

Seminole State College is a community college with four different campuses all within Seminole County. It is the eighth largest school in the Florida College System and has over 30,000 students enrolled. Many of these students attend the college to receive their Associate in Arts (A.A.) and/or an Associate in Science (A.S.). You'll find that there are many apartments near Seminole State College's four campuses that are geared to Seminole State students.

Sanford/Lake Mary Campus

The Sanford/Lake Mary Seminole State Campus was the first campus to open in 1965 and is located between Lake Mary and Sanford. It is the largest campus of the four. The campus is off of 17-92 in a semi-rural area.  Many students consider this campus to be the main campus and prefer to live in the apartments near Seminole State College in order to reduce the commute. The area is very business oriented, so there is a lot of entertainment, restaurants, and bars.

Oviedo Campus

The Oviedo Seminole State Campus is located just three miles from University of Central Florida. If you plan to attend UCF after completing your associate's degree this is the campus to consider. There are apartments near Seminole State College and University of Florida. Having numerous student housing options nearby makes it the ideal place to find and apartment and makes the transfer process simple. Altamonte Springs Campus

Seminole State's newest campus is the Altamonte Springs campus and has all of the College's healthcare programs. It's known as a smaller campus right off of Maitland Boulevard.  If you plan on spending a lot of time at Seminole State College's Altamonte Campus then you will be happy to know that the apartments near Seminole State College and the activity and culture of this area is fun. Heathrow Campus

Just across Interstate 4, the Heathrow Campus is also known as The Center for Economic Development. It is a public/private partnership in an effort to improve the economic development in the Central Florida area by bringing highly skilled workers and high paying jobs in return.  Since the campus is designed to build a strong workforce, many of the people who live in the apartments in the area are professionals and students ready to apply their skills.
