When moving to a campus as big as UCF, the number of apartment options in the UCF area can seem overwhelming. Just thinking about the additional money you'll have to spend on furniture and the arduous labor it'll take to move things in (and eventually out) might already be giving you a headache. Furnished apartments are a phenomenal option for college students looking for a seemingly effortless moving transition while concurrently saving time and money.
While furnished apartments are not completely ready for move-in, they are a great place to start and include most essential furniture items like a bed and a couch. Below is a list dedicated to giving you an idea of what may be included in an already furnished apartment and what you will still need to buy to fully move in. Every apartment is different, so be sure to talk to your leasing agent about which specific furniture items there will be upon move-in.
What is Already Included?

These items are specific to the bedroom that you've leased; therefore, you alone are responsible for the condition of these items upon move out.
