UCF FURNISHED APARTMENT SHOPPING LIST

The sheer number of apartments near UCF can feel overwhelming. Adding the cost of furniture and the effort required to move everything in (and eventually out) can make the process even more daunting. For college students seeking a smoother transition that saves both time and money, furnished apartments are an excellent choice.

While not entirely move-in ready, furnished apartments provide most of the essential items you’ll need, such as a bed, couch, and basic living furniture. To help you plan, we’ve put together a list of what’s typically included in a furnished apartment and what you might still need to purchase to complete your setup. Keep in mind that offerings vary by apartment, so it’s important to check with your leasing agent to confirm the specific items included in your unit.

Furnished Common Room

As great as a furnished apartment is, we wouldn't say it is move-in ready. As you could probably tell, there are a few essential missing pieces you would need in your apartment. Below is a list that fills in the missing pieces for your apartment.

Pro Tip! Divide and conquer missing furniture pieces that belong in shared spaces with your roommates. You don't want to move in and find out there are 3 rugs for the living room!
