Chad grew up in the midwest city of Akron, Ohio. Eventually, wanting to escape the cold winters for sunny beaches and a year-round tan, Chad decided to move to Orlando and study film at Full Sail University.
With all the great developments he saw happening in the city (as well as the fantastic weather!) Chad saw no reason to leave the place he was finally feeling like he could call ‘home'. After graduation, Chad stuck around Orlando, working freelance for local video production companies and learning the industry from the ground-up.
Chad is also a musician, having played with several bands and continuing to write music in his studio at home. When the weather is right, Chad can be found surfing Florida's east coast, and after words cooking up a tasty vegan meal at home.
What validates Chad as a local expert for Orlando is his time spent in each of the unique regions of the city. Chad has moved seven times in the six years he has been a resident of Orlando, each time a different area. From Goldenrod to Winter Park, UCF area to downtown Orlando; you name it, Chad has either lived there or hunted for an apartment in the area.
