Winter Garden is located approximately 14 miles west of Downtown Orlando in West Orange County. Recently, Winter Garden has undergone substantial development, including the construction of a few large-scale communities. One of the area's main draws is its proximity to Windermere. In Winter Garden, you'll have access to all of the same attractions, shopping options, and schools at a lower cost of living. Winter Garden is ideal for families or young professionals who would enjoy living in a small, quaint community.

If you're commuting to Downtown Orlando, you can expect a roughly 25-minute trip with rarely any traffic problems.  In fact, the only recurring traffic backup happens in the evening at the exit from SR 429 onto Winter Garden Vineland Rd (SR 435).  Commutes to Maitland or Altamonte have the added benefit of choice.  Drivers can choose to take SR 408 to I-4 or SR 429, whichever option for which Google maps shows less traffic.
