Dining in Metrowest

One of our favorite Orlando restaurants is located in MetroWest, Teak Neighborhood Grill! The restaurant hosts an awesome brunch on the weekends with live music on the back patio. Don't tell them we told you, but the restaurant also offers a super secret burger menu to anyone who is "in the know," and asks for it. Shh!

There is no shortage of chain establishments like Starbucks, Chipotle, and Panda Express. However, if you're looking for a date night dinner option we'd suggest making a quick trip to I-Drive or Restaurant Row (Sand Lake Road) for a wider variety of options.

Shopping in MetroWest

Within MetroWest neighborhood limits, you'll find easy options for drug stores, groceries, and a few specialty stores. This neighborhood does not have a mall or any large shopping centers, but The Mall at Millenia (one of Central Florida's most luxury shopping malls) is located just 10 minutes away in the Millenia neighborhood. For more options, you can also shop 'til you drop at The Florida Mall (22 minutes away). The Florida Mall is our largest mall in Orlando, and it would be a challenge to name a store that is not on their directory. Are you an outlet shopper? The Orlando Premium Outlets are just 15 minutes away with a straight shot down Kirkman Road.
