While "Four Corners" is the neighborhood's more common name, the official name for this area is Citrus Ridge. The name certainly makes sense given all of the citrus groves and roadside stands just outside of town. Four Corners may feel small now, but it's one of the fastest growing areas in Orlando.
The Four Corners area is located at the intersection of counties Polk, Orange, Lake and Osceola. It is unique in that it is considered part of each of the four aforementioned counties.
If you are looking to move to the area, you should know that there is a ton of potential for community growth. Additionally, Four Corners is not far from many other well-populated areas with thriving business, entertainment, and shopping scenes.
If you need to commute into Orlando's more metropolitan areas, you'll have no problem getting to most of your destinations quickly. Both I-4 and SR 429 run through Four Corners and give you easy access to Downtown Orlando, Dr. Phillips, or main roadways like U.S. 17-92 and Florida's Turnpike.
Four Corners is 10-15 minutes west of Walt Disney World, so world-class attractions are at your fingertips. Don't worry; you won't see many tourists wandering into your neighborhood except those visiting orange groves in the wintertime.

Along U.S. 27 you'll find a Lowe's Home Improvement, Pep Boys, and Walmart Supercenter. While the shopping selection isn't very expansive, you'll be able to grab the essentials when you need them without leaving the area.
Further south along U.S. 27 is the Davenport area, which boasts plenty of shopping options for Four Corners residents. At Posner Park, a mixed-used shopping plaza, you'll find Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, Michaels, Staples, Ross, PetsMart, Best Buy, Books-A-Million, and JCPenny.
Four Corners has a handful of local, family-owned restaurants like Bruno's. Bruno's Italian Restaurant is located along U.S. 192 and serves up homemade Italian cuisine and New York-style pizza. Sunday's Grill in nearby Davenport is a UK-style pub that gives visitors a little slice of England by serving authentic fish n' chips, English breakfast, curry, and kebabs. You can also catch live soccer and British television series like EastEnders all day. Living in such a commuter-friendly area, residents of Four Corners have access to tons of fast food restaurants and national chains lining Four Corner's major highways and thoroughfares.
