Having a yard is typically something only homeowners can enjoy. However, there are a few Orlando townhomes and apartments that feature yards at their apartments. A yard is great if you have a dog that needs some grass to run around in, or if you simply love lounging outdoors. All the apartments below are great options if you see a yard in your future.
Autumn Run is my first pick for a great Orlando apartment complex that offers yards at their units. Autumn Run has lovely yards that sport green grass and plenty of space for you to enjoy. If you have a dog, Autumn Run's yards will make a perfect play area for your pooch. Alternatively, you could use your new yard as a place to lounge in the sun or hang out with friends. While Autumn Run doesn't have a whole lot to offer as far as other community features, it does have big, beautiful condo-style apartments that much more like a home than an apartment. Autumn Run has three bedroom floor plans that have over 1,200 square feet, two bathrooms and a gigantic living room and kitchen. Autumn Run is located in Altamonte Springs in Orlando just south of East Altamonte Drive. This location makes Autumn Run conveniently close to downtown Orlando, as well as the many great shops and restaurants in downtown Winter Park.
Amber Lakes is another great Orlando apartment community that has yards available for their residents. The yards at Amber Lakes Apartment Homes sit alongside the shores of Perch Lake and Lake Nan, making it an exceptionally gorgeous place to live. Further contributing to this great atmosphere are great outdoor features, such as: a picnic area, community BBQ grill, playground, nature views, swimming pool, and fitness center. This Orlando apartment complex offers studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans. Apartments at Amber Lakes come with a bevy of great perks like walk-in closets, upgraded countertops, extra storage space, a balcony or patio, wood floors, private bathrooms, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer included. Amber Lakes is located off Aloma Avenue, just west of the UCF campus in Orlando.
