What kind of traffic can I expect while living in an apartment in the Orlando area?

The traffic you experience during your stay in an Orlando apartment depends on where you are located. If your place is located near downtown or Millenia, you can expect extremely heavy traffic during rush hour, in the morning and late afternoon. However, if you live in the suburbs on the outskirts of the city, the rush hour traffic you experience will not be nearly that bad. If you work somewhere that requires a daily commute to the city you will have to take traffic time into account for your commuting schedule. Oftentimes major roads and highways are congested due to the heavy flow of traffic into and out of the city during the five day work week.  An early effort to figure out alternate commuting routes on smaller roads, or even utilizing a bus route convenient for your needs, will pay out dividends in the long run.
