Different apartments will have different layouts, which all feature many different features. Some apartments will have private bathrooms and closets. These layouts might be good for you if you don’t know your roommates very well and desire space and privacy. However, you may be OK with a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom if you’re living with three good friends, and are willing so save a little money on space. Do you want an apartment with a screened in balcony or patio? Will the furniture you plan on bringing fit in your potential new apartment? If not, you may need to sell off some furniture, or consider renting a larger unit instead. If you notice the apartment that you’re looking at is too large for the smaller amount of stuff you’re bringing to fill it, maybe consider a smaller unit, or be prepared to buy more stuff.
