Urbana is a luxury apartment community located off the 417 at South John Young Parkway.There are plenty of great places to dine and shop around Urbana, making it a great place to live, work and play. Urbana Apartmetns will make Orlando residents happy due to its many great features. Some of those are: upgraded countertops, walk-in closets, balconies, wood floors, private bathrooms and spacious floor plan options. Urbana Apartments in Hunter's Creek also has many awesome community aspects. A few of these fun things include: a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool, hot tub and community BBQ grills. My favorite aspect of Urbana is their large kitchens, that were chef-inspired.

The Parks is perfected for anyone looking for the full package when it comes to apartment living. Not only does The Parks at Hunter's Creek in Orlando have exceptional apartments, but it also has a plethora of great community features. A few of these great featuresinclude: a dog walk, coffee bar, on-site car wash center, playground, fitness center, swimming pool and a movie theater. But let's not overlook the apartments themselves. Each one is decked out with microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, alarm system, walk-in closet, loft layout and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is also extra storage space in each apartment, in case youhave a bit too much stuff for your closets. The Parks at Hunter's Creek has one, two and three bedroom floor plans.
