The last thing the staff wants is for their residents to be unhappy. If you are enjoying living at their community, you will continue to stay there and they will continue to have your business. If you do not vocalize your problems, they will never know that something is wrong and will not be able to help you. Maintenance issues should be reported to the maintenance staff. Be aware that non-emergency maintenance issues may not be fixed the same day you report it. If you feel like the maintenance issue at your Orlando apartment did not get taken care of in a timely manner, let an office staff member know.
