If you know you will be moving, notify your leasing office right away and ask if they have a waiting list. This is the ideal way to have someone take over your lease and the cost would be very minimal for you. If there leasing office is not willing to help you find someone to take over your lease, post your vacancy online, in newspapers, and around town.
