I'm looking for an affordable four bedroom apartment near UCF. Are there any close to campus?

One of the most fun experiences you will have during college is the opportunity to live with your closest friends. Thankfully, there a few apartment options near the UCF campus that are perfect for a group of four friends looking for an affordable place to call home. The apartment complexes below will be between the range of $450 to $510 per room.

The most affordable of the four bedroom apartment options near UCF is Campus Crossings at Alafaya. Campus Crossings offers a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom option (with 1,250 square feet) that is only $455 per room. This makes is a great place to live for a group of friends that are looking to save some money together at UCF.  A second floor plan option has 3 full bathrooms, 1,400 square feet and goes for $490 per person and also has a private bathroom option. Another cool thing about Campus Crossings is that both of their four bedroom floor plans are two stories, which gives the apartment and house-like feel. Campus Crossings at Alafaya is located within a mile from the UCF campus near the intersection of North Alafaya Trail and Lokanotosa Trail, right across the street from Homewood Suites hotel.

Tivoli is another great apartment complex near the UCF campus that offers affordable four bedroom layouts at an affordable price. Tivoli's four bedroom layout offers a whopping 1,530 square feet, has four bathrooms and works out to be about $490 per person. The Tivoli four bedroom floor plan has a patio, dining room and living room - all great places to hang out with your friends. UCF students will also enjoy Tivoli's many great community features, such as: a movie theater, game room, picnic area, swimming pool, basketball court and sand volleyball court. Tivoli is located very close to UCF. It is just north of campus off McCulloch Road, just right next to the University Palms Shopping Center.

My final pick for a great four bedroom apartment near the UCF campus is The Pointe at Central Apartments. The Pointe at Central Apartments may be the most expensive of the three options listed here, but it certainly makes up for it in great community and apartment features. The 4-bedroom floor plan is 1,300 square feet, has two bathrooms and goes for $510 per person. The layout is shaped to allow for a spacious living and dining room area and a large kitchen. Each apartment has either a balcony or patio, storage space, tile floors, dishwashers, and washer and dryers. Bedrooms and common areas come furnished. If for some reason you can't track down a fourth UCF friend to live with your group, roommate matching is available. The Pointe at Central Apartments is located just south of UCF on North Alafaya Trail.
