The one bedroom at Park 9 goes for $800 per month, making it a bit on pricey for UCF students. However, the apartment comes with a whole host of great features that makes it all worthwhile. UCF students will love the balcony, upgraded countertops, walk-in closets, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The one bedroom layout has plenty of room for UCF students with lots of furniture. A full-sized living room, dining nook and large bedroom means you'll have plenty of space for yourself and all your stuff.
If you see a one bedroom in your future, consider checking out Tivoli. Located on McCulloch Road right near the intersection of Alafaya Trail, Tivoli is a close commute away from UCF. The one bedroom floorplan at Tivoli has one bathroom and 748 square feet. It is priced at $920. Like Park 9, the apartments at Tivoli have plenty of luxury features that make the one bedroom prices a lot easier to swallow. UCF students will love the vaulted ceilings, complimentary alarm system, balcony, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, dishwasher and ceilings fans in both the living and bedroom. Tivoli also has a great fitness center and swimming pool that is worth checking out.
With 770 square feet, the A2 layout at The Glenn has the largest one bedroom out of the three UCF apartment communities listed in this article. The A2 layout goes for $850 per month. The Glenn also has a slightly smaller one bedroom that has 615 square feet and costs $800 per month. Great apartment features are common at this UCF apartment complex. A few of the highlights of The Glenn's units are: french doors, upgraded countertops, walk-in closets, extra storage space, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, balcony and a dishwasher. UCF students will also love The Glenn's community amenities. The Glenn has a tennis court with free tennis lessons, a cyber cafe, theater room with popcorn, swimming pool and a 24-hour fitness center.
