Sometimes, people need to be flexible with their apartment leases. Thankfully, there are a few apartment complexes near the Full Sail campus that offer six month leases to their potential residents. This gives you the ability re-sign or move entirely after the six month period has ended - great for anyone with commitment issue.
Promenade Crossing Apartments is my first pick for a great Full Sail apartment that offers leases that are six months long. They also offer three, nine and twelve month leases for those seeking even more flexibility with their housing. Promenade Crossing is conveniently located just down the road from Full Sail at corner of Maguire Boulevard and Bennett Road. Promenade Crossing has one, two or three bedroom floor plans, each with a few different layout options to choose from. The largest of the three bedroom options has two bathrooms, 1,357 square feet and is $1,400 per month. The highlight of Promenade Crossing is the wonderful apartment features. A few of them are: balconies, extra storage space, vaulted ceilings, french doors, walk-in closets, wood floors and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Promenade is an excellent choice for anyone looking to live near Full Sail and have a half-year lease.
Another six month lease option is at Sun Key Apartments. Sun Key is perfect for Full Sail students due to the proximity to campus and great location (North Goldenrod Road and Aloma Avenue). Like Promenade, Sun Key is extremely flexible, sporting three, six, nine and full year leases for their residents. Sun Key is also pet friendly, close to public transportation and has parking included with your rent. But the thing I like most about Sun Key are the fantastic community features. A few of the highlights are: a picnic area, outdoor kitchen, security gate, computer lab, dog walk, business center, coffee bar and on-stie care was center. If you are a Full Sail student that loves fitness, check out Sun Key's fitness center, pool, tennis court or sand volleyball court.
The final option for anyone seeking a six month lease near Full Sail is Whisper Lake Apartments. Whisper Lake has gorgeous apartments that come in one or two bedroom floor plan options. Some of them even have a loft-style layout that gives you plenty of space. The quality of the apartments at Whisper Lake is also great. All apartments have upgraded countertops, walk-in closets, french doors, storage space, balconies and ceiling fans. Whisper Lake is really close to Full Sail, so commuting to class every day would be a breeze.
