Full Sail students can enjoy the great Florida sunshine on their very own balcony. Many apartment complexes near the Full Sail campus have balconies if you live one the second floor or higher. Balconies can provide a simple, yet wonderful luxury during those long summer days. The three apartments below should be considered if you are looking for a balcony in your next Full Sail apartment.
My first pick for a great Full Sail apartment with a balcony is Promenade Crossing Apartments. Promenade Crossing is near the intersection of Maguire Boulevard and Benett Road, just minutes from Full Sail. Community features are a main draw for apartment searchers. Promenade Crossing boasts a wonderful selection, like: a computer lab, picnic area, business center, dog walk, coffee bar and on-site car wash center. Many floor plans are available for those looking to enjoy their balcony alone, or with friends. Promenade Crossing has one to three bedroom options, each with different layout options. Apartments at Promenade offer a lot of space for Full Sail students - walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings and storage space are all available.
My second pick for a great apartment with an even greater balcony is Andover Winter Park. Andover is located near Full Sail near the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and Howell Branch Road, making it a very quick drive to campus. A great aspect of living at Andover is the convenient shopping and dining locations nearby. Just down the road is Casselberry Commons, which has a LA Fitness, Publix, Starbucks, Smokey Bones Bar and Grill, TJ Maxx and Ross. Andover is also perfect for Full Sail students due to all the great community features. Some of the best features are: a dog park, swimming pool, sundeck, BBQ grills, picnic area and tennis court.
Amber Lakes is my third and final pick for Full Sail students looking to have a balcony at their new apartment. Amber Lakes is located on a beautiful property right on the shores of Perch Lake. Amber Lakes is just a quick drive to the Full Sail campus, off North Goldenrod Road. Amber Lakes is perfect if you love chilling outside on your balcony, or doing other great outdoor activities. A few of the best features outdoors are: a swimming pool, tennis court, picnic area and a community BBQ grill. Apartment features are as equally awesome, with such great things like: walk-in closets, upgraded countertops, yards, private bathrooms and storage space.
