Upon move out of the previous tenant the onsite maintenance/cleaning team will come through, or a hired cleaning company will be asked to clean the unit. Be sure that when you are thinking about moving in you should see the specific unit you will be moving into. This will eliminate any uncertainty regarding the cleanliness of the room. If you are unhappy with the conditions of the unit, discuss this with the office staff before moving in to avoid any further issues.
