For students looking for their next place to live, try taking a look at Tivoli. After visiting their community, I feel in love! While there are many residents who are students, because of the close proximity, I did see some families walking around the community. You also get a real sense of luxury living, which is hard to come across in towns over run with students living communities.
Tucked away just off the major road Alafaya Trial, its super easy to get to the other side of town fast, but you don't get the loud noise that comes from being near a highway. Those who enjoy shopping will love Alafaya Trial because it is just a short drive from Waterford Lakes, one of the largest shopping centers in the area!
