Located within walking distance of Blanchard Park and serviced by the UCF shuttle, Alafaya Club makes it easier for students to get around the UCF area without having to drive. When residents do need to drive, the central location off of Alafaya and right between University and Colonial ensures that all necessary destinations in the area won't be far away.

Alafaya Club Floor Plans

Alafaya Club offers residents the choice of fully furnished 3-bedroom 3-bath or 4-bedroom 4-bath units with balconies and patios. The Walk-in closets make sure residents have plenty of room for all their stuff. The 12-month leases are individual and by bedroom so you don't have to worry about your roommates changing their living arrangements. Kitchens include a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garage disposal. Central AC, bedroom and living room fans, and a washer and dryer are also present in every unit. Utilities are all-inclusive, providing residents with water, electricity, cable, and internet. Valet trash removal alleviates the inconvenience of carrying your trash out by yourself. Free parking is also included!
