Lee Vista is located east of Semoran Boulevard (SR 436), just north of the Orlando International Airport. Lee Vista gets its name from the iconic TG Lee Dairy and its founder Thomas Gilbert Lee, whose farms once covered wide swaths of the area.  Less than an hour from Florida's Space Coast, Lee Vista's unique location allows easy access to the beach as well as the city. Downtown Orlando is only about twenty minutes from this area, making it an ideal neighborhood for those who work in metropolitan Orlando and would rather live away from the action.

Apartment Life in Lee Vista

Apartments in Lee Vista are a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the theme parks, but still have a handful of activities surrounding them if residents don't feel like traveling to other areas. Barber Park is a 66-acre escape for anyone looking to take advantage of public soccer fields, basketball courts, picnic areas, a dog park, playground and lakefront fishing. The closet golf course is North Shore Golf Club, featuring 18 holes and a full practice facility. Three Point Bowl is a great place to take the entire family for a fun day of bowling. Fitness enthusiasts enjoy the LA Fitness off of Goldenrod Rd. For a weekend getaway, Lee Vista is located right next to the Martin B. Andersen Beachline Expressway, or the 528, which is a direct connect to the beaches of the east coast.
