If you are looking for the ultimate Oviedo home with tons of amenities then Oviedo Grove Apartments is the place for you! Nowadays you don’t see many communities offering much of anything for free, and with the increasing prices of internet and television services, it’s great to not have to worry about that added cost.
The location of Oviedo Grove is also great because you are only 15 minutes from Downtown Orlando, 30 minutes from the Mall at Millenia (LOVE IT!), 35-45 minutes from the major Orlando attractions, and about an hour from the Beaches. And with tons of local banks, grocery shopping, and local restaurants in the area, you can’t go wrong.
One thing I REALLY love about communities is when they offer resident activities. If it means entertaining the kids for an hour while you unwind from a long day or getting together to meet some of your neighbors for food and fun, the activities that Oviedo Grove holds are beneficial to those of all ages… and even your furry friends! They hold Kids Night Out and Holiday Parties, but I’ve gotta say the cutest event is Yappy hour for the community’s pets! I am in love with Wine and Cheese Night, and I think most of the ladies out there agree with me. Leave the kiddies and men at home, and relax & socialize with your neighbors! YOU CAN’T BEAT THAT!
