When I was on my way to visit Northbridge I was heading east on I-4 and noticed some beautiful buildings off the highway. Little did I know, that was where I was heading. At first I passed by the community thinking it was a strip mall. If you visit Northbridge the first thing you will notice is the community is basically its only little town. There was a little eatery and sports bar, I was totally thrown off. From a grocery store to an urgent care clinic, you’ve got basically everything you need within the community.
If you are all about amenities then Northbridge is the place for you! I am a total fan of multiple pools within a community. Since we are in Florida, summertime at the pool can get a bit crowded, but with two separate pool residents can enjoy the sun and have their own space. I always complain about the gym being too far or being too busy to go to the gym, but at Northbridge you’ve got no excuse. There are three state of the art fitness facilities available for the residents.
With tons of activities for kids and adults, I believe Northbridge is wonderful for families. The little ones can stay busy and have fun at the bowling alley, pools, and playground. If I were a kid living here, I would feel like the luckiest kid alive! Who has a bowling alley in their backyard? THAT'S AWESOME! With them occupied, the adults can hang out at the sports bar or do a little bit of shopping. For working mommies and daddies, there is a day care that will care from your children right within the community. Super convenient!
After a long week, I love to relax and Northbridge takes care of that for their residents. I got to see some residents taking advantage of the free fitness classes, which is great for distressing. There is also a dry sauna which I was tempted to sneak away to!
One of my favorite things about Northbridge was how convenient they made things for their residents. Aside from all the great amenities and fantastic location, Northbridge is totally connected to the web. With their online rent payment option, you can pay you rent while you’re at home or out of the country. You can even place maintenance requests from your smartphone while on the go.
Now I know I've gone on and on about the great amenities with in the community, but remember that they are smack dab between the Mall at Millenia and the Outlet Malls. Living at this community is a shoppers paradise. Being a female, I spend most of my weekends browsing the awesome steals and deals at the Outlets and treating myself to awesome food and drinks near the Mall at Millenia. Yeah, it might be bad news for me living so close to all the shopping, food, and entertainment because I'd burn through every paycheck as soon as I get it but you only live once, right?
This location is also ideal for when family or friends come from out of town. There is an abundance of things to do within a mile of the community, and even if you are heading down to the theme parks, you are just off I-4 for quick and easy traveling.
Whether you have five kids and 3 jobs or you are enjoying your retirement, everyone can appreciate the awesome amenities and convenient location of Northbridge. With everything you’ll ever need right within the community’s secured gates, you’ll never have to leave!
