I love the awesome resident events that The Grand Reserve at Maitland holds, such as wine and cheese night, summer pool parties, and movie nights. One of my favorite events is the Managers Brunch where all the office staff cook eggs, waffles, and all sorts of other tasty brunch treats for the residents. It’s my perfect go to event on lazy Sundays.
One feature I really like in the apartments is the additional room which they called the Imagination Room. It’s an 11’ by 9’ room next to the living room which you can turn into just about anything, just use your imagination! If you love painting, turn it into an art studio. If you’ve got kids, make it a play area. I am a huge movie lover so I would turn mine into a movie theatre!
The Grand Reserve is nestled quietly behind all of the big business offices on Maitland Ave. It’s super close to the I-4 which is great for travel. It’s one exit away from Altamonte which has the Altamonte Mall, Uptown Altamonte, Cranes Roost Park, and many great restaurants and shopping centers. Being close to I-4 is also convenient for heading downtown or to the theme parks.
For the gym buffs out there, they recently finished remodeling their fitness center. They have so many machines it’s basically like being at a paid membership gym.
